Even though we are only 6 miles from downtown Cartersville, GA and only 4 miles from Wal-Mart and the Hospital and all other major business areas, it feels and sounds like we are 20 miles into the country. We live just 3 miles from I-75 N at the Rome/Canton exit. We have 10 acres of woods and pasture, with lots of sunshine, grass, and country air to breathe.
Our place was an original dream of my mom's and mine, calling it Hidden Acres. We had planned on raising chihuahua's together and spending some time together, which we did for about 5 years before she contracted cancer. Now that she has gone, I have made her a promise that I would keep our dream alive and keep the farm going by providing a great place for people to leave their pets while they enjoy going on vacation, knowing their pets are safe and happy having their own little vacation.
We treat your pet as we would one of our own, part of the family. They have lots of room to play, and at the same time they are supervised and taught what a pack is all about. Yes, we watch Cesar Milan, Dog Whisperer, and have learned alot from his philosophy on how to be calm and assertive with all our family pack. We guarantee that your pet will enjoy his/her stay with us, and may not want to go back home. We promise to treat everyone that stays with us as one of our own family members: SPECIAL!
